The colors are beautiful but inconsistent even in the same dye lot. The brown varied in shade. Also, colors follow a pattern in the garment so you have to be careful to match the end of one skein with the corresponding place on the next skein to maintain a consistent pattern. Yarn is very soft and would not be strong enough for mittens or sox but great for scarves or hats.
