I bought a skein of this yarn well over a year ago and ran out. When the new order came recently, it was the exact same color as the one I had purchased. So there is a great consistency of color regardless of dye lot. It is a very nice yarn to mix with a different (coordinating) color to produce a tweedy effect and works well with lace shawls/scarves patterns.

This yarn is excellant. It is soft, beautifully dyed in elegant colors, it feels great next to the skin--sort of buttery, and it knits up with ease. I have a huge stash of this yarn, because I really enjoy knitting with it.
