I used this to make a hat for my son in the Army who is stationed in Alaska. It's a simple hat, but it is very soft and light. I hope that the alpaca wool will also stay dryer when he runs. It was very easy to work with and went much farther then I expected.

this yarn is so soft and luscious. I wish I had bought more and could make a cape or blanket and roll myself into it.
I love wearing black and knew I wanted to knit a black cap and cowl for the upcoming winter -- a lot of people tried to talk me out of it -- I know black yarn makes seeing the knit harder and mistakes harder to figure out but actually this yarn has been pretty easy to use.

I would absolutely buy this again

This is GREAT yarn! I love this stuff and can't seem to get enough of it! I'm tempted to 'pet' it as much as knit with it - that's how soft it is! It knits up into beautiful shawls that are light weight and really warm - I am SO sold on this company - thanks!!!!!
P.S. I asked my husband if I could have some alpacas and he said not to sleep with... Darn!
