I'd recently knit a hat/scarf set as a gift of 220 superwash and really liked it. I'm equally happy with the 'regular' 220. I love the dune heather color - it has real personality and in some light looks green and in others gray! It is easy to work with keeps the twist in the plies. I'm knitting a gansey and the texture of the knit/purl bumps is wonderful... everyone wants to touch it. It knits at 5st./in. Some places said it could knit at 4/in. but to me that would be much too loose for this yarn... I'd probably have knit it even a bit tighter than 5st/in but I had my pattern all charted out for 5st/in. I'm happy at this gauge - it seems just right and it may have been too stiff tighter.
