Even though these are men's socks and are "large" on my feet, I wear them frequently to work. The thin alpaca wool is incredibly comfortable. I wish they made them in women's sizes. Alpaca wool is as soft as cashmere (softer) AND far more durable. Cashmere is overrated - alpaca is as soft and far more comfortable! -- It is NOT itchy.

These socks have spoiled me - they are more comfortable than wool, cotton or any of the other blends I've worn and they're almost as light and soft as cashmere. These are the best dress socks I've ever worn - well worth the price.
