These socks have outlasted any other cold weather sock I have purchased.I wear them for hunting, snow removal,weekend hikes.My last three pairs were bought in 2007. I can tell the quality is still there in the 3 new pair in 2010. Thank You

I have used these socks on the Pacific Crest Trail and again on the Continental Divide Trail this year.
They are the only hiking socks I will wear. They are comfortable.
The only negative is they wear out in the heal. Now that is after wearing them for 500 miles. Switching between two pairs in that time. So perhaps they are more durable then others. Just haven't done a comparison.

These are very comfortable socks. They don't get too hot and stay comfortably warm. They are thin for how warm they are compared to wool or synthetic socks. I use them for an all around sock. They fit my feet well; form fit. I've worn them with sandals and with running shoes and clogs.
