I made a hat using a combination of needle felting and wet felting. This roving was wonderful to work with. Nice and soft but still felted beautifully.

This is the first merino I have spun on a drop spindle. It was very easy to spin and can produce a nice, finely sized single. Looking forward to purchasing more from Alpaca Direct once this batch of roving is spun. Color is considerably darker than shown on website, but still a beautiful color.
