Comments about Alpaca Direct Burnt Orange Merino Top:
I am new to felting & am going a bit crazy buying materials. I've bought a lot of different colors of merino top (among other things) from this company & am very pleased with their products. I have only done a few small projects, but the Alpaca Direct products have become staples.
I had a problem after placing my first order, in that I was no longer going to be at the address I had listed and wanted to have my items delivered to a different address. My package was already on it's merry way on a truck, and Alpaca Direct was able to contact the carrier and arrange for the change. They were very kind and helpful and I am extremely appreciative of their efforts.
