I feel that this video is better as a refresher. If you are comfortable with sewing garments this video will be helpful to you. I am not a seamstress and unfortunately this video did not really give me what I wanted. The information is probably best suited for someone who hadn't knitted in years but has a basic understanding of constructing garments.
