Asian home living, no outdoor shoes allowed indoor so I bought these for my significant love for Christmas, he had to go up north for holidays with his family so I gave them to him when they arrived. I loved the look and feel. The minute he put them on he fell in love with them, they keep his feet warm, good support, they look good, and they are all natural. In his words they are "fuzzy warm!!!" he loves the look and he is about style and feel. It is winter in Los Angeles so will have to wait and see if they are to warm for summer use. I strongly recommend these slippers for men or women I did try them on and I strongly recommend them. They look good, they are so warm, they feel so good and provide good support and for the price, you cannot find a better product for a better price on line or at a retail store.

When I ordered the slippers, I was concerned about size, my partner wears size 12 shoes and my order confirmation did not confirm that I ordered XL or XXL. I sent an email to the company and they responded within hours and confirmed the size I ordered and assured me they would fit and if there were a problem, they would exchange them.

When the slippers arrived, they were a perfect fit. I was not only 100% satisfied with the product I had bought as a Christmas gift, 100% satisfied with the price I paid, but now I had experienced the company's customer service even before delivery and I can say I am 100% satisfied with this companies customer service, this is a company that I can and will recommend to family, friends and others.

i love love this alpaka bootie i have 3 paires now i got my daughter a pair for christmas and she love them she has 2 pair now i took the email to the hospital and gave it to the nurses there they wanted to see what i was braging about, they are so warme but dont sweat, i have very cold feet from cancer treatments, and i ware these booties ever day , i get a sise 8 i go down a sise they fit perfect, thank you alpaka
