I would not have needed to replace these needles except my five month old Havanese puppy LOVES my Addi Bamboo Needles. I am much more careful. The yarn does not slide off bamboo like it will on a metal or plastic needle. Treat yourself you will not be sorry! Great vendor by the way.

I got these as recommended for Toe up Two at a time socks. This is my first attempt at socks, and with such a long cabled circular, but I am impressed by how smooth is the join of the needle with the cable.

I used to hate circular needles, but these changed my mind. The bamboo isn't slippery like metal, nor bendy like plastic circular needles. The transition to the cable is very smooth, so there is no going crazy with yarn snagging. Unlike some cheap circular needles, the cable is very flexible and goes where you want it instead of having a mind of its own.

These are fast becoming my favorite needle for socks. I knit them toe up and two socks at a time on these needles and they are the best I've used. I like the bamboo because it holds onto the stitches better that the metal and I never drop a stitch. I will definitely be back for more in different sizes.
